Mobile access
Using jlvv Login on your phone
Most Filipino players access jlvv from a mobile browser, so the Login layout is built to work on smaller screens without forcing you to zoom. A steady mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is recommended, particularly when opening live markets or processing a PHP payment.
If you use a shared phone, internet café or borrowed device, do not enable “Remember this device”. Always log out when finished, close the browser tab and avoid saving the password through the browser. These quick habits reduce the chance of another person opening your wallet or account history.
Public Wi-Fi can be convenient, but it is not the best place to complete a deposit, withdrawal or identity check. For sensitive actions, use your own mobile data or a trusted home connection. jlvv encrypts the Login session, but device security and network security still matter.
Practical tip: Keep your registered mobile number active. It may be needed for account verification, security notifications or support checks when you cannot complete the usual Login.
Account protection
Keeping your jlvv Login secure
A strong password should be unique to jlvv. Reusing the password from your email, social media or mobile wallet creates unnecessary risk: if another service is compromised, someone could try the same details on your gaming account.
- Use at least eight characters and combine letters, numbers and symbols.
- Do not use your birthday, mobile number, nickname or common words.
- Never send your password, one-time code or payment PIN to another person.
- Review account activity after each Login, especially after using a different device.
- Log out instead of simply closing the browser on a shared device.
- Contact support if repeated Login attempts appear or your details change without permission.
jlvv support may ask for information to verify account ownership, but support will not ask for your complete password. If a message requests your password, treat it as suspicious and do not respond.
