jlvv Terms and Conditions – platform rules for Filipino players

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings throughout the document:

• "jlvv" refers to the jlvv online gaming platform accessible at jlvv.click and all associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any eligible person who has registered an account with jlvv.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a player upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PHP funds held in a player's jlvv account at any given time, including deposited funds and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus funds" refers to any promotional credit, free-spin value or reward credited to an account under a specific promotion, subject to that promotion's terms.
• "Wagering requirement" or "Playthrough" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be bet on qualifying games before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real money funds" refers to PHP amounts deposited directly by the player through a verified payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "Game" refers to any betting market, card game, slot, bingo session or live casino product available on the jlvv platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jlvv website, any associated mobile-optimised interface and all game environments operated under the jlvv brand.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain a jlvv account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are of legal age to participate in online gaming under Philippine law.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing the jlvv platform is lawful.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent or representative of another person.
• You do not currently hold, and will not open, more than one jlvv account at any time.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from jlvv under any prior account.
• You are not a current employee, officer or immediate family member of an employee of jlvv or its affiliated game providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and a valid email address. jlvv reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a government-issued ID — to verify the information provided before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds.

jlvv may decline a registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration on the platform does not constitute a guarantee of continued access.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one jlvv account. If duplicate accounts are identified, jlvv will close the additional accounts and may suspend or permanently close all associated accounts. Any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. This includes your password, security questions and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. jlvv strongly recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.

• Do not share your jlvv account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Contact jlvv support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jlvv will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Account activity — including bets placed and deposits made — is the responsibility of the account holder unless jlvv is notified of a security breach before the relevant transactions are completed.

Your jlvv account balance is held for use on the platform only. Account balances do not accrue interest and are not transferable between players. The balance is denominated in Philippine Peso at all times.

4. Deposits

All deposits to a jlvv account are made in Philippine Peso (₱). The payment methods available include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and expected processing times are displayed in the jlvv cashier at the time of deposit.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made through unregistered or unverified payment accounts may be returned or held pending identity verification.
• jlvv does not charge processing fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits are typically credited to your jlvv balance within the processing window shown in the cashier. Network delays beyond jlvv's control may occasionally extend this window.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the stated processing time, contact jlvv support with the transaction reference number from your payment provider.

jlvv reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds as required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

5. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has completed identity verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued ID.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds linked to your balance have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold shown in the jlvv cashier at the time of the request.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible, jlvv will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method after confirming ownership. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier — typical timeframes range from same-day processing for GCash and Maya to one to three banking days for bank transfers.

jlvv may delay or hold a withdrawal request pending additional verification checks. You will be notified of any hold and the information required to proceed. Withdrawal requests held for verification purposes do not earn interest during the review period.

6. Betting and Game Conduct

The following rules apply across all games and betting markets available on the jlvv platform, including but not limited to PBA betting, boxing betting, Tongits, card games, jackpot slots and bingo.

General game rules

• All bets and game participation must be funded by sufficient real money or eligible bonus balance at the time of placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed or a game round has commenced, it cannot be reversed, cancelled or amended except where the specific game rules explicitly permit withdrawal from a round before it concludes.
• Game outcomes are determined by the game system or, in the case of sports betting, by the official result of the relevant event. jlvv's determination of the outcome is final.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, players must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the relevant game result being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

Sports betting specific rules

• PBA betting markets are settled based on the official PBA result at the end of the relevant game period, including overtime where applicable.
• Boxing markets are settled based on the official result announced by the governing body immediately after the bout. Subsequent changes due to appeals are not applied retroactively to settled bets unless jlvv determines a clear and material error occurred.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the market remaining open at the time the bet is submitted. Bets submitted after a market closure due to a key event — such as a quarter-end buzzer in PBA — may be voided at jlvv's discretion.
• Events that are postponed without a rescheduled date within a stated period will be voided and stakes returned. Events that are abandoned after commencing are settled according to the specific market rules displayed in the betting interface.

Slot and casino games

• Slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by licensed game providers. jlvv does not control or modify individual game outcomes.
• A game round is considered complete when the final result is displayed and the balance updated. Disconnections occurring after a round is initiated do not affect the outcome — the result is recorded server-side and applied upon reconnection.
• Autoplay features are available on selected slots. Players using autoplay are responsible for the bets placed during an autoplay session as if each bet had been placed manually.

7. Promotions and Bonuses

jlvv offers promotions including deposit match bonuses, free-spin rewards, cashback offers and game-specific event promotions. Each promotion has its own terms — qualifying deposits, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings and an expiry date. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read together with these general Terms and Conditions.

• Claiming a promotion confirms your acceptance of that promotion's specific terms in full.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Promotions are intended for genuine entertainment use. jlvv may refuse or withdraw a promotion where it determines the account's betting pattern suggests exploitation of the promotional structure rather than genuine play.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds not converted to real money within the expiry period are forfeited without compensation.
• Free-spin rewards are valid only on the specified game titles and at the set bet denomination stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from promotional free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• jlvv reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Promotions that have already been accepted and for which qualifying activity has begun will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlvv is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform includes tools that allow players to manage their own activity and spending directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is active, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a cooling-off period for increases.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which the system prompts a break or logs out automatically.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom duration — during which login and deposits are blocked.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the jlvv platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

These tools are available to all jlvv account holders. Using them does not affect the validity of your account or your ability to withdraw an existing real money balance.

9. Fraud and Prohibited Activity

jlvv maintains active monitoring for account activity that breaches these terms or that indicates fraudulent, abusive or illegal conduct. The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Opening or operating more than one jlvv account, or attempting to re-register after a previous account has been closed for cause.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or personal details to register or transact.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics, manipulate game outcomes or generate artificial wagering activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the jlvv platform in a way not available to ordinary players using a standard browser.
• Exploiting a technical error, software fault or pricing anomaly in a betting market to place bets that jlvv determines were not intended to be available at the displayed price. Bets placed under these circumstances may be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including the proceeds of fraud, theft or other criminal conduct.
• Engaging in any activity that jlvv reasonably believes is intended to launder money through the platform.

Where jlvv identifies fraudulent activity, it will freeze the relevant account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be closed and any balance may be withheld pending resolution of outstanding obligations or may be remitted to relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Privacy and Data

jlvv collects, stores and processes personal information provided during registration and account use in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating a jlvv account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes set out in that policy.

The types of information collected include registration details, transaction records, game activity logs and device and session information. This information is used to operate the platform, verify identity, process transactions, comply with regulatory requirements and improve the service.

• jlvv does not sell personal information to third parties.
• Information may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors and regulatory bodies as required for platform operation and legal compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

jlvv provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While jlvv makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game, betting market or account function at all times.

• jlvv is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions caused by network failures, third-party system outages or events beyond jlvv's reasonable control.
• jlvv is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own choices, betting decisions or failure to read and understand game rules and promotion terms.
• jlvv is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses claimed in connection with the use of the platform.
• Where jlvv is found to be liable for a loss directly caused by its own fault, liability is limited to the amount of the deposit or wager directly involved in the relevant incident.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by jlvv's own negligence. Philippine consumer protection law applies to the extent that it cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Amendments and Termination

jlvv may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that materially affect a player's rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players through a notice displayed at login or by email to the registered address before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may close your jlvv account at any time by contacting support@jlvv.click. Upon closure, any real money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method subject to standard processing times. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

jlvv may close an account at any time where:

• A breach of these terms has been identified.
• The player fails to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure.
• jlvv ceases to offer services in the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
